Frequently Asked Questions

How does the sizing fit compared to other brands?

True to size and stretchy.

What is the fabric composition?

95% viscose from bamboo, 5% spandex

Are your fabrics durable?

They are compared to other brands because we use 230gsm fabrics instead of 210-220gsm, therefore the wear and tear is better.

Does your fabric pill?

It should not if you follow the recommended washing instructions on our website

What makes you unique as a brand?

We support our local communities by donating swaddle care packages to hospital perinatal loss programs

Is the fabric very breathable?

Yes, bamboo is very breathable and it also regulates body temperature. It keeps you cool in warmer weather by wicking away moisture and providing breathability. In cooler temperatures, bamboo fibers trap warmth to keep you snug and cozy.

Why Bright Earth Apparel?

When will you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada but we hope to ship all across the globe by the end of 2025.

What is your return policy?

You may return your unworn, unwashed item(s) within 30 days with your original packing slip and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable.

What type of manufacturing process do you use?

While we design everything here in Canada, our manufacturing process takes place in China, with a company that specializes in premium, sustainable bamboo fabric. This partnership allows us to offer high-quality products while keeping them accessible and affordable for our customers.

We are, however, actively working on transitioning production to Portugal, where we can partner with manufacturers who align with our values of sustainability and ethical production, from start to finish—including the process of making the fabric and ensuring ethical packaging. This transition is a long and costly process, but we are committed to maintaining the same quality and affordability for our customers, with a goal of completing the shift by 2026.
