If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed item(s) within 30 days with your original packing slip and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable.

- Bright Earth Apparel is not responsible for items we do not receive.
We advise selecting an insured mail service such as Purolator or Canada Post to ensure that we receive your return.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit in your original form of payment.

The exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise is processed as a refund followed by a reorder. Please contact us at brightearthapparel@gmail.com to request an exchange and to place your reorder. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your refund credit as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
