95% viscose from bamboo, 5% spandex

Are your fabrics durable?

They are compared to other brands because we use 230gsm fabrics instead of 210-220gsm, therefore the wear and tear is better.

Does your fabric pill?

It should not if you follow the recommended washing instructions on our website

We support our local communities by donating swaddle care packages to hospital perinatal loss programs

Is the fabric very breathable?

Yes, bamboo is very breathable and it also regulates body temperature. It keeps you cool in warmer weather by wicking away moisture and providing breathability. In cooler temperatures, bamboo fibers trap warmth to keep you snug and cozy.

When will you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada but we hope to ship all across the globe by the end of 2025.

What is your return policy?

You may return your unworn, unwashed item(s) within 30 days with your original packing slip and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable.

When will your toques be back in stock?

We are currently trying to find a manufacturer that will be able to make the fabric for us. We hope to have them back in stock by fall 2025.

You may mail your unworn, unwashed, return merchandise to the below address for processing:

Please note the following:

• You are responsible for paying return postage.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries will not be accepted.
• Bright Earth Apparel  is not responsible for items we do not receive.

 We advise selecting an insured mail service such as Purolator or Canada Post to ensure that we receive your return.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit in your original form of payment.

To Exchange by Mail

The exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise is processed as a refund followed by a reorder. Please contact us at brightearthapparel@gmail.com to request an exchange and to place your reorder.  We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your refund credit as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
